What we collect
This website does not have accounts, does not store form submissions, and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only receive information that you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form: the form does not send anything to our servers. It prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it. What we receive is your WhatsApp message: your name, company, city, product and quantity, if you fill them in, along with your WhatsApp number.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you share with us when you contact us directly.
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a sourcing plan.
- To carry out any import work you engage us for, including sharing the necessary details with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and government authorities, as required.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Third-party services
Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. This site loads fonts from Fontshare and is hosted by Hostinger, both of which may process basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and records of completed business for as long as Indian law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to port11@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Grievances can be addressed to Narendra Kansal at the same email address.
